Further to the Government’s announcement, we are taking the current situation - and the welfare of our team, our customers, and everyone involved in bringing our shopping channels to life - incredibly seriously. We’d like to ensure you that we are adhering to the issued rules of the UK Government.
Ideal World and Create and Craft are both online retailers and the Government has made clear that online retailers are still permitted to take online orders and deliver items to their customers’ homes. We will therefore continue to carry on ensuring the appropriate and necessary adjustments are put in place to keep our customers and team safe.
Please rest assured, that at these difficult times we are doing all that we can to ensure that our employees’ health and safety is paramount. We have reduced the number of people on our premises to the minimal levels required in order to maintain our online service, which includes our television broadcasts. There are safe-guarding measures in the studio and gallery to ensure staff maintain safe distances, production staff have been re-seated to avoid close proximity to each other, guests and employees coming in and out of the building are undergoing stringent checks and there has been an increase in deep cleaning procedures across the business. All other non-essential office-based employees are now working at home on a permanent basis.
Whilst the situation is evolving daily, we’d like you all to rest assured that we have introduced a number of measures across our offices and studios to make sure that the health and safety of our team and our guests are a priority. We are doing our best to ensure that we can continue to bring you the shows, products and personalities that you love, at a time when familiarity and wellbeing are more important than ever.

We are working with our delivery partners to ensure that all deliveries are made, however, our usual despatch times may be extended slightly to take into account a reduced workforce within the warehouse and delivery supply chain.
